Current ProjectsThe Gables at Delmar - SOLD OUT - 454 Delaware Ave., Delmar, NY 12054
At this time, we are pleased to announce that The Gables at Delmar has reached full occupancy of the 25 Townhome units. Keystone Builders would like to thank the Delmar Community in general and especially the Gables residents in particular for the support we received during the long and sometimes arduous building process. The final foundation is being completed and we think you would agree that the Townhomes are elegant and the surrounding grounds within the development surpass what was first envisioned on paper.
Steve Bolduc's vision brought the initial concept to fruition after months of careful planning. Carrie Brusic spent countless hours shepherding the interior selection process from start to finish on every unit. The Gables Homeowners Association has brought the development to the next level and will continue to refine and complement the landscape we have all become so familiar with. Many thanks for everyone's dedication and loving attention to detail. This splendid development will continue to be a showcase for the foreseeable future as the spirited residents enjoy the best that Delmar has to offer.

From the Builder:
I do believe home truly is the most important place in the world. To develop a maintenance-free environment in our small town community of Delmar has been a goal of mine for several years. As a community builder for over three decades, I am proud to be able to present a project which will be one of the most unique communities situated on a remaining gem in the heart of Delmar. Comfort, convenience, and quality will provide a care‐free lifestyle for residents of The Gables. What was a dream is now a reality and I am proud to be your builder for what will be cherished for many years. I look forward to developing our dreams together and providing you with a place you can call home to enjoy life at its best.
Steve Bolduc, Keystone Builders, Inc.
From the Architect:
This is a project that actually walks the walk of the so-called "New Urbanism." There has been a lot of architectural talk in recent years about communities that try to re-create the convenience and ambiance of traditional villages or towns as they grew and evolved. The Gables at Delmar is situated at the "Four Corners" in the heart of Delmar and will feel like an integral part of this lively, historical Hamlet. There are precious few suburban locations in the Capital Region where you can stroll the sidewalks to this many interesting stores, a Library, the Town Hall, restaurants and schools.
Delmar has an amazing inventory of Victorians, Bungalows, Colonials, as well as a seemingly endless supply of inventive and original combinations. We've drawn freely from local history and craftsmanship in the design of porches, windows, trim and siding to help develop the open floor plans, clean lines and varied massing of the new designs. The Gables will fit in as a natural part of the fabric of Delmar and its residents will be able to enjoy the opportunity to live the true urban life "walking the walk" of life in the Hamlet.
